I bought a 2001 Dodge Stratus and after just 3 years the paint started fading badly.
 

Now, at 4 years, it is spotted and pealing off.  I went to Dodge and they say that this model was made by Mitsubishi Motors.

Mitsubishi says they are not responsible because it says Dodge on it.

A friend had the same problem with his 2001 Eclipse and Mitsubishi repainted it for free.

I feel that I am stuck with a car that no one will take responsibility for.  I feel bad because when I first got the car I liked it so much.

Two of my close friend went out and bought the same Stratus R/T.

Never again will I buy an American car.  Honda here I come.
