My 1993 Subaru Impreza has an engine knocking sound on acceleration.
 

When driving in cold temperatures (-20) there is a knocking sound when I accelerate.

It appears these cars have a problem with fuel injector tips freezing.

Would fuel line cleaner or anti freeze fix this problem?
