My 2000 Dodge Dakota's engine takes a long time to start if it is rainy or humid outside.

After it does start, it sputters until I drive it for a couple of miles.

It starts fine when its cold outside and hot, but has this problem when it rains or is humid.

Can anyone suggest a reason why?
