Sprint tripped on its way to repair our phone service.

 

On August 20 we lost phone service.  Sprint's local service provider, Sprint United, has it's crack team on the job --- and they still haven't solved the issue.  It's now August 22 and we've been without home phone service for almost 48 hours.

Sprint's local provider is causing a mess with their inability to reestablish service to an entire neighborhood. What gives?  Has anyone else experienced trouble with Sprint's local service?
