Here is my complaint is about AT&T as an ISP:
 

I am constantly getting busy signals at night up to 30 or 40 minutes. Your service is getting worse than MSN which I left to join Worldnet.  Your service in Houston, Texas has deteriorated.

Earlier in the year when I changed to you your service was great.  If you can not service your customers, maybe you could limit the number of your subscribers.
