I ordered my AT&T BroadBand internet service 14 days ago with Premium Installation & I still don't have service!
 

I paid for Premium Installation which states that the technician can not leave until I am connected properly and On-Line.

The guy left;  I have no service.  I have set up several appointments taking off work (5 appointments in the past 14 days) to get this up and running.  They've LIED to us numerous times.  They will not let us contact anybody local.  We always get Canada or Texas or Ohio, anywhere but in Illinois.   They tell you they'll come over and they don't.  They guaranteed to have it fixed today and they didn't.

I'm really sick of this and they don't have a complaint department.   And there aren't any other cable companies to go through in this part of the state.   Isn't that illegal??  Before hanging up the phone they say "Thank-you for choosing ATT Broadband and our services."  So I asked the lady one time, "So what are my other choices of service?" and she responds, "Well, some people choose just not to have cable

Anyhow, there are many other stories with this issue, but I want to keep it short.  Basically, in a nutshell they have been running us in circles for 2 weeks.
