I would like to voice my complaint against AT&T.
 
ATT U-Verse:

Unbelievable. Four scheduled appointments and no confirmation calls but ATT just cancels for no reason.

Again we have to call and reschedule and clear up the SAME CONFUSION.  What is wrong?

NOBODY IS IN CHARGE. NOBODY REALLY CAN DO ANYTHING.

Everybody is trained to be polite but NOTHING GETS DONE.

WISH we would never had changed services. Horrible.

TAKE MY ADVISE DO NOT GO WITH ATT U-VERSE. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE and everybody is trained to be polite but not provide service.

About ATT U-Verse:

I ordered my Internet 2 WEEKS ago and have had to change my order two times because they said the order put in was incorrect. But somehow it did not ship the equipment to me.

I found out and I had to wait an additional 3-5 days.

So I called them back again to complain but the customer service told me they would transfer me to Level 2 instead of a manager because the
manager would transfer me to Level 2 anyway.

I know this is kind of joke and I still gave them a chance from level 2 to call me back within 30 minutes as I was told.

I called back the next day to find out I had to wait an additional two day.

Needless to say I didn't get it so I called and asked to cancel and get my money back. They got an attitude and said they were going to transfer me.

Then they said my call couldn't be transferred and hung up!!!

I switched my long distance carrier to Sprint because of various offers they have given us including 2 free months of AOL every year.  Since then, AT&T keeps calling wanting us to switch back.

That doesn't bother me so much as the fact that they don't accept NO for an answer.  They keep pushing and pushing until the only alternative you have is hanging up the phone.  Very frustrated with the service with AT&T and I will NEVER use them again.

This company should be put out of business.

The employees are beyond inept, lie through their teeth, and should be fired immediately.

The management is devoid of a brains and they to should be canned.

Poor customer service:

I cannot stand AT&T!!! First off I've been waiting 5 days. YES, 5 days for them to provide a dial tone at my new residence.

I am currently on the telephone with them and have been for the past 30 minutes and they still cannot tell me when or if someone will be out to my house today to provide adequate service.

I cannot explain how angry I am that I cannot get a straight answer regarding service. They want their money in a timely fashion.  I want my phone too.  I told them if they don't get it together I will be paying a visit to the local office and find a tech to bring them out to my house and do what they are paid to do!!!

I have had pulse dialing forever and it works.  My last bill showed a new charge for touchtone service.

I am not getting that service on my phone.  I still have to press * to access the tone feature.

I called AT&T & was told that it has been mandated in Georgia that everyone have touchtone.  I said then why don't I have touchtone on my phone line and was told I need a new phone, which they sell.

 I have a cordless phone with keys, not a rotary dial.  I'm trying to reach the public service commission about this matter.  If you have AT&T, go over your phone bill LINE by LINE.

When I changed my service to ATT Uverse and cancelled after 20 days.

They disconnected my long distance carrier without asking me or sending a notice to the old carrier just to get more money from me.

I wish they suffer this company to go underground.

I hate them soooo much.

They made my life miserable till this moment.
