After weeks AT&T appears unable to port my number from Verizon.
 

My husband and I signed up with AT&T on Nov. 26 with one of their family plans.  We ported our Verizon phone number because AT&T claimed it will only take 3 hours and they have great rates.  My husband's new AT&T line worked after 3 days and it is now December 15th and my number is still yet to be ported.

I have called AT&T several times and have gotten a fairly good response but they seem to be pointing the error at Verizon.  At&T has promised twice to call me back with a solution, but I haven't heard from them yet.

I don't know who to believe and I really don't know what to do at this point.
