I went to a Kiosk to transfer a line
on a family plan to a different individual who was taking over the
responsibility of the account and upgrading it. (Stupid idea.)
The person at the kiosk set up the
new line and said all we needed was the social security number of the
original account holder and it would take 5 minutes.
After wasting all day and speaking
to 8 robots at AT&T, it's still not handled.
This service sucks. They don't
listen to you. They don't acknowledge the fact
they work for YOU.
