This is an AT&T U-verse complaint.
 

We had decided to upgrade to AT&T U-Verse and ended up having a very bad experience.

Two weeks later they realized that they could not get the U-Verse to work at our house, but they had no idea why.

Finally, today we got our DSL back.

Needless to say I am positive that we will be transferring over to Comcast.  AT&T is a joke!!
