AT&T doesn't care about its good customers.
 

Our last few phone bills have advertised "Try one of our bundles to save money".

When we tried to bundle we were told since we were current customers, no bundle packages for us.

We are paying double the amount for the same services offered to new customers.

They did offer to reduce our bill by 10.00 a month!!  We cancelled everything!! Home, internet and Direct TV. After more than 15 years of service with never a late payment we realize AT&T doesn't care about loyal, paying customers. They just want your money!!

The only bright spot about this is the nice lady from AT&T told us to cancel, wait 2 business days, and then become a "New Customer."

If this works we will save over 1300.00 dollars in the first 2 years!!

I'm not mad, just very disappointed!!!
