Topic:        Installation & upgrade of my U-Verse package

AT&T sent an idiot to install an internet upgrade and ATT-U-Verse.

The guy drilled three holes in eave in of our house before he drilled the fourth one to place the wire. The holes are large enough insects and rodents to enter.

I'm at home with my three year old and had to stop working with the child to help him with the installation.  I couldn't believe the incompetence.  I am seeking damages for repairs to outside of my home.

Did I mention that he threw all excess wiring and trash between mine and my neighbor's fences?  A complete moron.

Plus, since we switched to AT&T about two years ago it has been nothing but headaches.  I really believe that I hate them.
