When I called ETrade's fraud prevention service, they said
this happens often.
They even have a name for it "shadow transactions."
Instead of correcting the problem, they referred me to Customer Service.
When contacted, the latter e-mail me back that I have to fill
out a VISA complaint form without telling me where to obtain it or offering to send me
one.
How is that for service? I will keep you posted if ever
I get my money back....
