The first watch, a $30.00 item, had a dead battery. The
second watch, an $8.00 item, has an alarm feature that does not turn off.
I called the seller and the person who answered the phone was
very rude -- a woman with a New Jersey accent. Finally I got her to send a
replacement battery for the first watch.
After waiting another week for it to arrive
I opened the watch to replace the battery only to find they had sent the wrong one.
The second watch -- so I was told -- had operating instructions in the box. This is
how they wanted to deal with this issue.
I followed the watch setting instructions to the letter, but
the watch is defective.
After calling them a second time to return the items, they
told me it would be five weeks or so before I would get a refund. I also sent an
email to them which they never answered.
Buyer beware! Some companies are very unprofessional
and don't care one bit about what they sell you. If you purchase from them be
prepared to get junk and wait a long period for a refund.
