I experienced problems with my JVC 48" projection TV after only 6 month's use.
 

I contacted JVC for an authorized repair facility to repair my JVC TV model AV48P575 .  I called the facility and they sent a tech to my home.  They were unable to repair it, here and they removed internal parts for diagnosis in their shop.

The shop says JVC not responsive to parts requests.  They do not return calls or e-mail.  I experienced the same problems when I tried to contact JVC.

I have been without my TV for almost four months and am totally frustrated with JVC's service and lack of assistance.

I would definitely not purchase or recommend JVC products because of their lack of customer service.
