Whirlpool's broken products get poor service.
 

I have bought a Whirlpool fully automatic washing machine (Model H65)  on 28 August, and it stopped working televen months later.

I have registered the complaint with Whirlpool on August -- only 12 months after my purchase.

Untill now no service engineer has visited or repaired the machine.

When I call the Whirlpool service (the toll free number works fine always) they identify the complaint and assure me that before the end of the day the engineer will visit and repair the m/c but beyond that nothing happen.

I have escalated to the Service manager and talked to him also but nothing happened other than the promises.

I stay in Bangalore.
