Because their oven is broken, I bought my parents a Christmas gift. I purchased the oven on December 21.  They said they could not deliver it on or before Christmas, but they could deliver it on January 11.

They never showed up -- my parents waited all day long.   Nothing, not even a call with an excuse from Best Buy.  My parents are 97 and 86 years old sitting at home with no way to cook and they are not suppose to drive.

However, they drove all over Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, trying to find a Best Buy that would give them their oven.

Best Buy has now told them they would deliver the oven on four different days.

They waited all day long on each of these days and still no oven and they are still unable to cook anything.

It has now almost been a month with no oven.  This is a true story!!!!!
