I have noticed a pattern of bad delivery that matches the USPS fill-in carrier's pattern.
 

I have noticed that when I have a fill in for our regular mail carrier we receive no mail and when our regular mail woman comes back we get so much mail it is almost falling out of our box.

I have complained about this to our post office with no response.

This month I did not receive my house payment or electric bill or my Sears bill.

How do I get this matter resolved if they do nothing at the post office?

Write a letter to the Post Master of your zip code and copy the Post Master at the main post office in your area.

Fill in post men/women should meet the same standards as the regular courier.

Be sure to compliment your regular courier, too.
