We bought a central air unit from Sears & now can't get service.
 

Our Sears A/C keeps freezing up and we can't get any service on it.

We keep talking with the same person from Sears and he just keeps giving us nonsense on it.

It's been two weeks and it's still not been looked at.  The satisfaction guarantee is a big lie.
