Bissell Company also knows what good customer service is.
 

I had registered my carpet cleaner online while a friend borrowed my Bissell upright carpet cleaner.

Good thing I did because when I got it back from her the neck of the bladder was ripping away from the tank-in-tank assembly.  That was probably because she used boiling hot water - a big No-No.

So, I called Bissell and asked if they would sell me just this part. Because I had registered my product already, they just sent me a new one at no charge!

They were so nice about it.  I am never loaning this thing out again.
