I purchased a Sears microwave oven and took it back to the Sears store where I bought it for repair 11 months later.
 

I then picked it up and used it for a month when it stopped working again.  I took it back to the store for exchange.

I was told that I had to have three repairs before I could exchange it for another oven.

I purchased the extended warranty when I got the oven.  The oven has a defective door latch.

I am a retired Sears employee.  I am still without a microwave.   I'm very unhappy about this whole situation.  I should have been able to exchange it for a different microwave.
