I don't understand why you cannot ever get anyone who speaks English well enough at AOL.
 

Well enough to be able to even explain your problem to, let alone for them to be able to assist you.

I called with a billing question and Chris did not understand what I was talking about.

I couldn't understand a word he said and told him so... but did he give me to someone else?

No... and I got absolutely nowhere with him.

I just ended up frustrated and the problem was not resolved!   And this is not the first time that this has happened.
