My Hewlett Packard rebate is apparently only virtual.

I purchased a PC, Monitor, and Printer from QVC with the understanding that I was entitled to an HP rebate of $150.00 for the PC and Monitor and $50.00 for the printer.

I filled out the forms and read the fine print.

Needless to say after calling the toll free number and speaking with five different people, they have informed me that I am getting a check for $50.00 for the printer only which I was not eligible for without purchasing the Monitor and the PC.

They used the excuse that I bought a "bundle" which they say was shipped in one carton and therefore I am not entitled to the $150.00 rebate.

However I have three empty cartons in my attic to prove they are wrong.  The people at HP are mindless.  I contacted QVC and asked if they have had any complaints.  They say NO.

It is hard to believe that I am the only person to have issues about a rebate since QVC does such a large volume of business.

I am going to contact my local news station and see if they want to "Fight Back" for me.

I know I am entitled to the money and I think QVC and HP falsely advertised the product.

The PC I bought still has the sticker on the front of it saying that I am entitled to the $150.00 rebate.
