Is there any customer service at Hewlett Packard?
 

I recently purchased an HP Pavilion computer and scanner, however there was no CD-ROM in with the scanner. Therefore I am unable to use it.

I have run my phone bill up to $200.00.  No thanks to HP because they don't have 800 customer care numbers and you stay on hold from 30minutes to 1 hr.

Finally after 20 calls I was able to reach customer care after being given 5 different numbers and I gave my product info and address.

They assured me that I would be receiving my CD-ROM for my SJ3200c within 7-10 days.  It has been 3.5 weeks and I have yet to receive it.  My warranty will run out on June 1.

I would like to be contacted regarding this situation or I shall be forwarding this along with my phone bill to the BBB.
