Here is a question fro a user about her Internet Service Provider, AOL.
 

I have been trying to contact AOL about a suggestion to hopefully make a little better use of their billing system.  They say you can go to Keyword and type in suggestion, nothing works.  I have come to the conclusion that they don't want suggestions.

They keep raising the prices, taking two months of payments a month out of my account, telling me I am behind, and where to send the money to, then turn around and tell me it has not been posted because I was given the wrong information.

Why don't they get some people in the billing department that know what they are doing?

Not only has AOL messed up the fun of being on the internet, now they are mixed up with Time Warner Cable and the rates have gone up and the choices have gone down.

I am looking into another Internet Server.  Anyone know anything about AT&T?  I would like to hear from you.
