Does anyone know who to contact about rebates promised by E-Machines and never delivered??

It has been four months now and the rebates were suppose to come 8-10 weeks from time of purchase.

Every time we call they say its in the mail and yesterday they sent everything back and said I submitted the wrong things.

I know for a fact I did not.

Somebody help.
