Has anyone seen this sort of problem with Microsoft's Internet Explorer?
 

After an internet session were I went to lots of sites I started getting an Explorer error which reads: "Explorer has caused an error in ~7151535180.TMP Explorer will now close."

If I close this error I lose all my Windows menu's and can do anything.  This error reappears ever time I reboot.

If I go into the Windows/Temp folder I can find this file but I can't delete or move it cause it says it's in use by Windows.

I looked at this file with notepad and it appears to be a program.  Also in temp there is an rQPx.exe file and I have no idea what it is and may not be related.

I have no idea how to cure this.  Any thoughts?
