My experience with Verizon AT&T is good at selling, but beware I ordered my AT&T BroadBand internet service 14 days ago with Premium Installation & I still don't have service, but I do have lies! I have a long distance phone call charge on my SBC bill of about $650 for a one hour call...

 

 
My experience with Sprint PCS is not good I would like to voice my complaint against AT&T I got an AT&T wireless phone service in Illinois that will expire about 20 months from now.  AT&T won't replace my plan with a comparable plan when I move I have had an account with T-Mobile since January of 2003 with a Motorola phone which has since been declared flawed and T-Moble no longer uses
My experience with has been hideous After weeks AT&T appears unable to port my number from Verizon I received a check from Verizon in November that the bank returned to me marked 'Void" When I obtained my Sprint Wireless Internet Service, I selected Sprint long distance to receive a $10 per month discount
I ordered new telephone service from SBC California with Universal Lifeline service that started series of lost communications Sprint DSL service representatives pricing before you sign up doesn't match what Sprint charges after you sign up I purchased two phones four months ago over the phone for the Amarillo Texas area Recently I needed to make an international collect-call to South America so I called the AT&T operator.
My bill paying experience at Verizon was almost enjoyable

Long story short -- my mother passed away. I contacted Sprint and got into their automated system which offers no option for "death"... My problems with Sprint PCS started when it was time for me to renew my contract About 5 years ago we were charged $99.99 on a credit card. My call to Sprint started the call with
Vonage' features and customer service do not support its marketing claims That old monopoly known as AT&T has returned. It is just as specious as ever & now has local phone service coupled to DSL to pull you in... and lock you in. AT&T & SBC's lack of coordination has caused them to mistakenly charge me an early termination fee. Unhelpful customer service is no help.
Verizon appears unable to fix my service problems or even send a repairman. AT&T's Horrible Service AT&T repair service is in need of repair. AT&T's lousy service even when I am about to become a new customer.
AT&T's customer service is the worst. Radio Shack doesn't make a replacement charger for the cell phone they sold me.
Can anyone help, please?
I had poor service & a bad experience with AT&T Yellowpages.com. AT&T has again grown too large to provide good service.

AT&T is a total mess. Trying to contact AT&T -- On hold for 1 hour 13 minutes and counting. AT&T stopped my phone service upon my request but continues to bill me. AT&T's U-verse is a great service except when it comes to dealing with the billing.

I Hate AT&T!!!

ATT failed to ask my permission before automatically renewing my contract. AT&T nickels and dimes its customers. This is an AT&T U-verse complaint.
AT&T doesn't care about its good customers. ATT terminated my service for no reason. First Their Reps Lie & Now ATT Will Not Respond ATT has the worst customer service I've ever seen. After four days, where's our service?
ATT, after nine days without service... We moved our office and ATT failed to properly connect our services and claims it will take several more days. More Outages With AT&T

OMG, AT&T is by far the WORST.

We've had AT&T U-Verse for about four months. I wish AT&T would stop sending promotions by email. Frustrated from going back & forth with ATT Scheduling ATT for DSL service

AT&T failed in its attempt to move my U-verse® bundle to my new location. AT&T Customer Service Should be Named BS NOT CS. ATT Is Horrible AT&T is beyond untrained.  They just don't care.
